Script to Screen Mini-Episodes
Two short episodes were made during the Matt Smith era; "Death is the Only Answer" (2011) and "Good as Gold" (2012). They were both produced as prizes for winning script-writing competitions. The Children of Oakley Junior School were credited with writing "Death is the Only Answer", which was broadcast as part of a Doctor Who Confidential episode, as winners of a competition set by Confidential and BBC Learning. The Children of Ashdene School wrote "Good as Gold" for a Blue Peter competition.
